The Regional Centre of Excellence (RCOE) identified a need to enhance its educational delivery methods to improve student engagement and outcomes, particularly in special education and for pupils in foster care. In a pioneering move, the Resource Centre of Excellence (RCOE) partnered with Next World VR, a leading virtual reality (VR) content provider, to introduce immersive VR learning experiences across its curriculum in Mackay, focusing on improving safety training awareness.
