Refund & Returns Policy

Version 1.0 – Effective October 28, 2025

 

This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which a customer (“You” or “Customer”) may be eligible for a refund, return, or warranty support from Next World Enterprises Pty Ltd (“Next World”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By purchasing software licenses, VR tokens, or hardware from Next World, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Software Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refund

1.1.1 A full refund will be granted if access to the Next World software is not provided to the Customer within thirty (30) calendar days of payment.

1.2 Exclusions from Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

1.2.1 Dissatisfaction with the software product after access has been provided. Customers acknowledge that:

a. A demo license may have been made available for trial prior to purchase; and

b. Complimentary VR Tokens may have been provided to test the software.

1.2.2 The Customer fails to use the software, licenses, or VR hardware for any reason.

1.2.3 The Customer has prepaid for a subscription term (e.g., 6-month or 12-month access).

1.2.4 Technical issues experienced due to the Customer’s IT environment, including but not limited to:

a. Local network firewalls or restrictions;

b. Poor or unstable Wi-Fi connectivity;

c. Incompatible or outdated hardware;

d. Regional restrictions or data access limitations.

1.2.5 Any limitations, international customs clearances, or service interruptions that fall outside the reasonable control of Next World.

2. VR Token Refund Policy

2.1 Conditions for Refund

2.1.1 VR Tokens are eligible for refund only if a confirmed fault with a specific VR module prevents the Customer from accessing or completing the module.

2.2 Scope of Refund

2.2.1 The refund will be issued in the form of VR Tokens equal to the number of failed sessions.

2.2.2 Faults must be validated by Next World’s support team and may require:

a. System logs;

b. Error screenshots or recordings;

c. Descriptions of the issue by the Customer.

 

3. VR Hardware Policy

3.1 Hardware Delivery

3.1.1 If hardware is successfully delivered to the Customer, no refund will be issued.

3.1.2 In the event that delivery fails:

a. Next World will initiate a claim with the courier or shipping provider;

b. Next World shall not be held liable for the final delivery outcome once hardware has left our premises.

3.2 Hardware Warranty & Faults

3.2.1 All VR hardware is provided with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Details of warranty coverage will be included in the official quotation.

3.2.2 Valid warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms.

3.2.3 Warranty coverage excludes:

a. Theft or loss;

b. Accidental damage or misuse;

c. Acts of negligence or improper handling.

3.2.4 After the warranty period expires, the Customer will be responsible for any hardware replacements or repairs.

3.3 Software Support on Hardware Devices

3.3.1 Next World will make reasonable efforts to triage and resolve software-related issues running on VR devices.

3.3.2 Next World assumes no liability for issues relating to:

a. The device operating system;

b. Firmware errors or updates;

c. Manufacturer-specific system-level faults.

 

4. Refund Request Process

4.1 Initiating a Request

4.1.1 To request a refund, the Customer must contact Next World support at support@nextworldxr.com.

4.1.2 The request must include:

a. Company or individual name;

b. Order reference number;

c. Detailed description of the issue;

d. Any supporting documentation (e.g. error screenshots, device logs).

4.1.3 Refund requests will be reviewed within five (5) business days of receipt.

5. Policy Amendments

5.1 Next World reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

5.2 The Policy version published on the Next World website at the time of your purchase shall apply.
